Everything people ask before joining the waitlist. Something missing? Ask us when you sign up.

What exactly do I get from one show?

A mastered full-show audio recording, a color-matched multicam video master per song (up to 4K), platform-ready social cuts with captions and thumbnails, animated story graphics, and posters — all downloadable, all yours.

What gear do I need?

Any cameras you already own — phones, action cams, mirrorless, anything that records a file — plus ideally one dedicated audio recorder (a board feed or a room recorder). More cameras and a second recorder make it better, but two cameras and a Zoom are enough to start.

Do my cameras need to be synced or genlocked?

No. Sync is recovered from the audio each camera recorded — to the frame — including cameras that stopped and restarted mid-show.

How does it know where songs start and end?

From the music itself: energy, tempo, and applause between songs, matched against the setlist you provide. You review the proposed boundaries and can nudge any of them before a single cut is made.

Will AI mixing make my band sound like a robot?

The mastering engine measures your recording and fixes what's measurably wrong — noise, masking, harshness, loudness — inside hard safety limits. It doesn't quantize your drummer or autotune your singer unless you ask. Every decision is A/B-able against the untouched original.

How long does a show take to process?

Roughly an hour per hour of show on typical hardware — start it after load-out, review it with coffee. Small tweaks afterwards re-render in minutes, not hours.

Who owns the output?

You do — footage in, masters out, all of it. We never train models on your content and never post anything on your behalf.

Does it run locally or in the cloud?

Both. Run it on your own machine, or let our cloud process shows while your laptop stays closed. The Tour plan can even deploy into your own private cloud project.

What formats does it accept?

The common ones from real gear: MP4/MOV (H.264/HEVC) video including log profiles from DJI and Canon, and WAV/common audio formats from recorders — with format checks at import so surprises surface before processing, not after.

When does it launch, and what does the waitlist get me?

Early access rolls out to the waitlist in order. Waitlist members get their first show processed free, and founding members keep launch pricing for as long as they stay subscribed.
